XXXII AiIG PhD Summer School – 2024
«Policy, practice and evaluation of research impact»
Organized by the University of Siena and La Sapienza University of Rome
The general aim of the School is to understand the activities carried out by Universities that generate impact in a given set of fields: exploitation of intellectual or industrial property, academic entrepreneurship, intermediation and technology transfer structures, health protection, lifelong learning, public engagement, public goods, and policies for sustainable growth.
The School seeks to raise awareness of the University’s “Third mission,” which is to valorise and transfer academic knowledge to tackle societal and managerial challenges, recognise the different initiatives promoted by AiIG and strengthen personal and research connections among PhD students as members of the AiIG community.
