we are pleased to share with you our special track entitled “GenAI for Improving Organizational Processes and Knowledge,” organized by Marianna Lezzi, Giuliana Barba, Barbara Scozzi and Filippo Chiarello as part of the 20th International Forum on Knowledge Asset Dynamics to be held in Naples (July 2-4, 2025).
